Reception Team Coordinator

A Reception Team Coordinator is needed for one of the most prestigious international law firms globally. They are very well regarded on how they look after their support staff and their gorgeous London office is based in Holborn.

The Reception Team Coordinator will regularly interact with Firm Lawyers, paralegals and staff in facilitating the flow of all reception work. You would work closely with the Administrative Services Manager , other administrative heads, the Events Manager, the Catering Manager, other receptionists and all other staff in the London office. You will also greet visitors and field calls from a wide variety of clients, outside counsel, job applicants, vendors, building maintenance and security personnel.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience working as a Receptionist in a leadership position within professional services
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong client focus, taking responsibility for tasks and issues, proactively taking ownership to ensure successful conclusion
  • Have good supervisory and motivational skills
  • Possess the ability to remain pleasant and accommodating under pressure
  • Contain knowledge of basic office procedures
  • Possess telephone etiquette skills
  • Demonstrate confidence in approach, including proactively completing tasks that may be outside general scope of duties
  • Are a team player, able to work well with others to achieve departmental or task specific goals
