A super modern, innovative and forward thinking Real Estate business seek an experienced Administrator/Team Assistant to take on their role of a \'Team Coordinator\'. The firm have impressive offices based in the City, a short walk from Fenchurch St, Bank or Liverpool Street stations, and work on a hybrid model of 3 days in and 2 from home!
Essentially this is a Team Assistant role where you will be required to coordinate and run all of the below duties for their planning department;
Extensive diary, meeting and travel management
Looking after emails and calls for the team
Taking minutes, typing and circulating minutes and agendas for meetings
Formatting of documents
Organising the printing and delivery of document bundles
Administration around client on-boarding/checks
Dealing with all billing, expenses, client invoicing and time sheet reports, analysing information when necessary and providing requested figures
Co-ordinate spreadsheets for meetings
Set up and oversee Department induction for new starters
Assist in organising events
Running independent projects such as archiving data and various IT processes to enable the teams to work smoothly
This role will suit someone who has worked in a corporate environment, or even better a professional services environment, as an administrator or assistant. The team requires someone who is good with numbers, has excellent attention to detail and is incredibly organised.
