The role would be working in one of the largest groups in the business and report into a Senior HR Manager who is very highly regarded in the business for her ability to win hearts and minds. Working as part of this group (1,000 staff) you will support a first-class HR team in a full Generalist position. The focus of the role will be stakeholder management and ER related activities, as well as the usual HR cyclical activities. You would be expected to build strong and credible relationships with members of the senior Leadership team as well as throughout the group.
This role allows for the perfect balance of working strategically, yet also delivering at an operational level. You will have a full Generalist remit whilst also be offered the opportunity for involvement in a wide range of projects.
