Senior Reward Advisor

I am working exclusively with an exciting global business who are looking for a senior Reward Advisor to support in the delivery of the reward strategy, and manage and oversee the provision of benefit programs in the UK and globally.

As a rapidly growing business you can expect to see fast track career progression towards becoming a Reward Manager and will be passionate about reward innovation and engagement.

The role:

As part of a small and supportive Reward team, you will be a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the business on reward policy. You will exercise commercial judgment on reward decisions impacting the business and will manage a portfolio of benefit programs (including project-leading renewal processes, managing relationships with benefit providers, and supporting employees with queries and / or claims in respect of their benefits).

You will be excited by the prospect of joining a growing business and the opportunity to contribute to and take the lead on a number of new and exciting projects from concept to delivery (e.g. introduction of new benefits, change of reward strategy).

You will enjoy building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. wider HR team, business managers, payroll and administration teams) to work in a collaborative and effective way.

Other duties will include:

  • Contributing to the development of new benefit programmes and processes to meet business needs and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Educating and engaging the business on the reward agenda to raise adoption of the reward and benefits offering; looking for opportunities to maximise consistency and efficiencies.
  • Inputting and advising on setting budgets for the benefits/advisers and monitoring spend throughout year.

Person Specification:

  • A Reward Advisor with experience in UK and international rewards and benefits.
  • You will thrive providing exceptional and first-class advice and have ability to support employees in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Previously influenced senior managers, built strong commercial relationships, and be able to contribute with ideas and form a commercial view.
  • Quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrable maturity, professionalism and gravitas.
  • Ability to recognise the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively support and develops team members, quick to identify and problem solve any issues.
  • Act as a role model for the organisation and source of knowledge.
