From L&D Assistant to L&D Advisor

The Head of Learning & Development at this rapidly growing business is looking for two rising stars to join her team. She has lots of exciting projects for you to get involved in and I am particularly excited by these roles as they will be reporting into someone who can only be described as inspirational, high energy and outstanding mentor to work for. You will work alongside two senior L&D Advisors and one L&D Coordinator, who have all mentioned that they are all looking forward to welcoming someone new to their busy and supportive team. You will take responsibility for global curriculum content design and delivery, Trainee Inductions and Development as well as a managing several new programmes (including a Language and Mentoring programme).

They are looking for someone on a permanent basis (and will be offering 50% office and 50% home working).

To be considered they are looking for the following:

  • Learning & Development experience as an Assistant, Coordinator or Administrator
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to progress your career
  • Ability to influence and motivate at all levels to participate in and contribute to learning and development activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and sustain professional relationships across the business
