Payroll Co-Ordinator

One of the largest UK law firms are seeking a Payroll Co-Ordinator to work in their central Bristol office. Within this role, you will work closely alongside the Payroll Manager and support their day-to-day activities, as well as ensure that all payroll-related procedures are completed to a high standard.


The successful Payroll Co-Ordinator will have several important responsibilities, including:

  • Adjusting payroll manually when required, such as ensuring that cut-off periods are correct
  • Process repayments on supporting features, including cycle to work incentives
  • Ensure that all third-party systems are updated to be usable as required


Essential skills required by the Payroll Co-Ordinator include:

  • At least one year of experience in a payroll background (A CIPP professional is ideal, but not essential)
  • Discrete and with a high level of confidentiality as this role necessitates handling employee information.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word and Excel are crucial).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, at Grade 4 (C) or above.
