My client has an urgent requirement to find an HRBP who is available to start work in the next four weeks. If you are available to interview and start a new role quickly then please get in touch immediately.
When I asked the Head of HR what she was looking for, her reply was simply this:
\"Jo, I\'m looking for a little ray of sunshine with plenty of personality. I\'m lots of fun to work with.\"
I have known the Head of HR for many years and would describe her as extremely engaging, motivating, inspiring and professional. Above all else however, she is lots of fun and has no time for people who take themselves too seriously. As a result, her team are very inclusive and collaborative, and focus on sharing knowledge, celebrating success and providing support to one another, as well as adopting a very client-focussed approach to the business.
The business is successful and rapidly expanding and this role will support a total group of around 200 people based in London. This is a full generalist role with plenty of HR projects. The person appointed will need to juggle a busy, varied workload, and consistently deliver an accessible, timely and above all pragmatic HR service that is within line with the firm\'s ethos, HR strategy and ways of working. Flexibility and resourcefulness are essential. Much of the work will be hands-on, operational delivery, but there will also be opportunities to become involved in wider HR team projects.
If you are looking for somewhere you can make an impact and see visible results then this is the place to be.
