Administration Assistant

A leading company within property development are seeking an administration assistant to support their Sales and Marketing Department. This is a very busy team and the successful applicant will support various high-level projects within the organisation, with the potential for progression in the future. You will be working alongside a highly knowledgeable team to assist their day-to-day operations and ensure that processes are completed to a high standard.


The successful administration assistant will have several important responsibilities, including:

  • Checking sales and marketing invoices and ensuring that these are sent to the relevant accounts team for payment
  • Review purchase and work orders when required and issue these to suppliers
  • Record minutes as required
  • Track documents to ensure that these have been signed off


Essential skills required by the administration assistant include:

  • At least one year of experience in a professional environment
  • Typing with fair speed and high accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The desired person will be very reliable, confidential, adaptable and professional.
